Don Julio is one of the most respected names in 100% agave tequila — founded by Don Julio González, who insisted on smaller batches and higher standards at a time when most tequila brands were cutting corners. The Blanco (unaged) expression is unusually smooth for an unaged tequila, with clean agave and citrus notes rather than the harsh bite some blancos have.
40% ABV, 0.75 L. Good enough to sip neat over ice, though it also makes a noticeably better Margarita than a mixto tequila would.
